Adidas - Lisbon
For a global Adidas Running campaign, we partnered with the international production company Too Soon To Think to deliver full-scale local production services in Lisbon. Acting as strategic on-ground partners, we managed critical production layers including location scouting, hospitality logistics, transportation coordination and talent casting. Beyond operational execution, we also produced exclusive behind-the-scenes content for the brand, extending the campaign’s storytelling beyond the core shoot. Our objective was to ensure seamless execution on Portuguese soil while meeting the creative, operational and performance standards of a global campaign.

We led local executive production, securing and managing locations aligned with the campaign’s visual direction, coordinating hotels, catering and full transportation logistics including dedicated drivers for crew and talent throughout the production. We curated and selected six models for the global campaign, aligning casting decisions with Adidas Running’s international positioning. In parallel, we captured behind-the-scenes photo and video content to support extended brand communication and internal documentation. From casting to logistics to content capture, our role was to de-risk execution while elevating production value on the ground. *Visual assets from this production are not publicly displayed due to usage rights and global release timelines.
